Une nouvelle agence de notation financière baptisée Universal Credit Rating Group formée par trois sociétés - de Chine, de Russie et des Etats-Unis - verra le jour le 25 juin prochain, a annoncé à Hong Kong Guan Jianzhong, PDG de l'agence chinoise Dagong Global Credit Rating.
